FFL Dealer Finder

Licensed dealers from the official ATF listing. Names, addresses, phone numbers and license types come from ATF. Fees and services are notes added by Proofmark Valuation Company — always call the dealer to confirm.

  1. 1

    Open the ATF listing page

Go to ATF's “Listing of Federal Firearms Licensees” page (link below). ATF publishes a fresh file every month.

  2. 2

    Download the monthly file

Under “Monthly FFL List”, download the complete file for the current month. It comes as a zipped text file — unzip it after downloading. You want the full national file, not a single state.

  3. 3

    Check the file

Open it in a text editor. The first line should be column names like lic_regn, lic_dist, lic_type, license_name, premise_city, voice_phone. Tab, pipe and comma separated files all work.

  4. 4

    Upload it here

Use the upload button on this page. The file has around 80,000 licenses, so the import takes a minute or two — leave the tab open until it finishes. Dealers already in the list are updated in place; any fees, services and notes you've added are kept.
