Every appraiser listed here submitted their credentialing body and credential number, and was reviewed and approved by hand before being allowed to sign reports. Signed reports carry the appraiser's credentials and a verification fingerprint you can check on our verification page.

Verification means we checked that the appraiser stated a credentialing body and credential number and approved their application. It is not an endorsement of any individual opinion of value, and it does not guarantee court, tax, or USPAP acceptance of any report.
