Privacy policy

Firearm owners are rightly careful about who knows what they own. This policy explains exactly what we collect and what we do with it. We do not sell your information.

01What we collect

  • Account details: email address and sign-in information.
  • Firearm details and photographs you upload for valuation, and the reports we generate.
  • Collections, saved searches and estate inventories you create.
  • Payment records from Paddle (we never see or store your card number).
  • Basic usage data such as pages visited and approximate region, used for site analytics.

02How we use it

To produce and store your valuations, let you access your reports, process purchases, prevent fraud and improve the service. Photographs are sent to our AI provider solely to analyze the firearm for your report.

03Who can see your data

Your collections and reports are private to your account. Our administrators and the appraiser assigned to review a report can view it to do that work.

A report becomes visible to others only through its verification link, which shows the report's authenticity details to anyone you share it with.

04What we never do

We do not sell or rent your data, share it with advertisers, or report your collection to any government agency or dealer, except where a valid legal order compels us.

05Storage and security

Data is stored with our cloud provider with access restricted to your account. Photographs are downscaled before storage. Published reports are sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint so tampering can be detected.

06Your choices

You can delete items from your collection at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us and we will complete the request within 30 days, except records we must retain for tax or payment law.
