The quick look is free, so you can see what we identify before you pay anything. If a paid report doesn't deliver what we promised, we'll make it right.
If your report contains a clear identification error (wrong make, model or era) or fails to generate, request a refund within 14 days and we will either correct the report or refund it in full.
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits already spent on reports follow the single-report rule above.
A disagreement with the estimated value alone, or photos too poor to assess, is not grounds for a refund. Our preparation guide explains how to get the best result.
Email support@proofmarkvaluation.com with your report's verification code. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
